| Sunday Worship at 10:00 am Holy Communion is celebrated on the second Sunday of each month, unless otherwise announced. We welcome Pastor Zach Hillman  Our worship service will be immediately followed by the AGM, and then coffee will be served in our fellowship room downstairs. (unless otherwise announced)  Please Pray~ Give thanks for the resurrection of Christ and that we have not been left without hope or faith! ~ Give thanks that our prayers are heard and we are empowered to love others, ‘doing nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility considering others better than ourselves’. (Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 12) ~ Ask to be reminded that our church body is made up of many members, each serving their unique purpose under the headship of Christ. Church Renewal: Connections: While our vision for ministry is often simply for our own churches, God is at work throughout the world. Pray that as the CRCNA connects with God’s work around the globe through Resonate, ReFrame, World Renew, and other ministries, his Word may go forth and churches may be established.Thrive: Volunteers: Praise God for the faithful ministry of volunteers who are committed to equipping their local congregations to be safe and accessible worshiping communities.  April – Canadian Foodgrains Bank: : World Renew receives requests for food and provides help where needed. It ensures that the support provided will improve the lives of the people receiving the assistance – in both the short and long terms. May – Ty Watson House: Providing end of life Palliative Care.  Speak with anyone currently serving on council for more information about serving a term. It’s actually not as daunting as some of us think!  It’s soon time for the April Ladies Lunch. Next Wednesday, April 15 @ 12 noon at the Cherry Creek Golf Course. Let me know by Monday, April 13, so I can book accordingly. Lois L     Spring has sprung at the farm! A crew of 7 volunteers prepared field number 4 and planted about 500 strawberry plants this week. Only 2500 more to go. We are back to our regular every 2nd and 4th Tuesday morning meeting at the church at 9:00 to carpool, as there is limited parking at the farm.See John K if you have any questions. And, aren’t the freckles just the cutest ???!! Come check out our newest addition to the season – Freckled Lettuce! You can find it in Shelter Farm Salad Mix and a few dedicated bags.Saturdays at Spirit Square Farmers’ Market!  Bethesda’s Lend a Hand Campaign is underway!
